Live and Virtual Topic:  Cracking the Boys Club Code: The Woman’s Guide to being heard and valued in the workplace with author Michael Johnson

Have you ever:

ü      Said something at a meeting, had it ignored and someone later said the same thing and it was picked up as a great idea

ü      Asked someone to do something and found out that it wasn’t done

ü      Felt like your efforts or contributions were not valued.

Is there a conspiracy by males to keep you out of the executive suite or a result of differences in communication styles and behaviors of men and women? What you don’t understand about men limits you effectiveness, job satisfaction and ultimately your professional success.

Sign up for this talk by author and Gender Communication Expert Michael Johnson and find out the hidden rules men follow in business.

You will learn

ü      How male and female brains have been wired by Nature for survival and how this shows up in our communication and behavior

ü      3 things that women do that undermine their credibility and sabotage their success

ü      3 skills that will significantly improve your ability to communication effectively with men
